As you walk in there is a guest toilet, a modern fully equipped kitchen with a dining and a living area with an abundance of space to watch flat screen SAT TV, IPTV, DVD, use the WiFi, play board games or even billiards. From the entrance hall steps lead up to the second level with two bathrooms (one en-suite) and four spacious double bedrooms (3 doubles / 1 bunk beds) of which two have their own balconies where you can enjoy watching the wild beauty of the Protaras coastline. The outside space continues with the luxurious theme, surrounded by lush greenery is a pergola covering a garden bar, a large veranda with chill out furniture and a brick built barbecue making it an ideal area for al fresco dining. There is also a private pool with comfortable sun loungers and uninterrupted views to the sea making Villa Elma the perfect place for the perfect holiday.

Cavo Greco is a headland in south east Cyprus at the southern end of Famagusta Bay and forms part of Ayia Napa. It is a famous destination for tourists as well as the locals’ due to its natural beauty and was proclaimed in 1993 a protected National Forest Park.
