Icarus Villa with a private pool is located 10 minutes drive from Rethymno in the village Roussospiti, where you will find a couple of tavernas and shops within walking distance. The villa offers sea views and spacious accommodation for 8/9 guests in 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Distributed over 3 floors, the interiors are fully air conditioned and tastefully decorated with earthly colours, marble floors, stunning wooden furniture and attention to detail which give it a special character and charm. It comprises, 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower room and direct access to the pool terrace on the ground floor. From here a few steps lead up to the main living floor. A spacious open-plan area with a comfortable living room, traditional open fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with branded appliances and a sitting area. There is also a handy cloakroom (w/c) on this level. Double doors from the living room open to the large veranda and elegant dining area, enjoying views of the Cretan sea. Stairs from the veranda lead to the pool terrace while stairs from the kitchen offer easy access to the barbecue area. The master double bedroom has a double bed, a walk-in wardrobe, en-suite bathroom as well as access to a balcony with patio furniture and views of the surrounding area. There are 2 further twin bedrooms and a second family bathroom with a large shower cabin on the upper floor. Surrounding the villa is a vast, 500 m² outdoor area, a paved terrace houses the private swimming pool which is equipped with sun beds, umbrellas and shower. Barbecue facilities are available and an outdoor dining area shaded by a pergola is ideal for preparing your meals al fresco. Potted plants and beautiful flower beds add a lovely touch to the terrace, whilst the fenced, stone walls secure your peace and and privacy. Furthermore, three bikes are at your disposal to explore the village and cycle in the countryside!

Located in Roussospiti village, just 10 minutes drive from the city and beach of Rethymnon, offering a wealth of cultural delights as well as all amenities including supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, restaurants, cafes and bars. The village of Roussospiti is known as “the balcony of Rethymno” due to its view of the sea and famous White Mountains! Its' a place to totally relax and enjoy the stunning views and nature, an ideal area for walking, cycling and revitalising. There are two tavernas, a traditional café and a mini-market within walking distance. There is a regular bus service to Rethymno from the village.
