Bay View Villa is set in an elevated position providing panoramic sea views which includes the sparkling bay of Rethymno city and the old venetian castle. Located in the area of Panorama, where you'll find a selection of small mini markets, tourist shops and nice restaurants very close to the house and just a few minutes drive from the city centre and beaches. This is a modern and recently completed house that accommodates 6/7 guests in comfortable, stylish and air-conditioned interiors. Distributed over 2 floors, it comprises 2 bedrooms (1 double /1 single) that share a bathroom on the upper floor. There are 2 further bedrooms (1 double /1 single) and 1 bathroom on the main level along with an open plan living space with large sliding glass doors opening out to a balcony overlooking the old Venetian city and bay. In the lounge is an L-shaped sofa and matching stool plus a flat screen Smart TV, a dining table that seats 8 people plus a sleek modern kitchen which is fully equipped with fridge/freezer and a full sized oven. To the rear of the house, a large brick-built barbecue and wood burning oven plus a food preparation area is provided making this a very popular place to make an al fresco meal.
