Wonderful Villa with private swimming pool and breathtaking views
The Villa offers total privacy and is built and designed very comfortably, ready to accommodate people who love Crete! Elpida villa offers a quiet area for relaxation near the sea (only 2 km away) with a wonderful view! The location gives you the advantage of staying in a village and 'tasting' what Crete really means, while you are only a few minutes away from the beaches and traditional villages such as Panormo, where you can find anything that you might need, traditional tavernas, shops, Supermarkets, bars and etc.
The villa is a 100sqm two story home with 3 bedrooms which can accommodate a maximum of 6 people.
On the ground floor you will find one of the three roomy bedrooms with a double bed and a private balcony. There is also a small bathroom, a special storage closet for any of your private necessities, a fully equipped -kitchen and a comfortable sitting area with a sofa bed and satellite TV.
The second floor contains the other two bedrooms and a large bathroom one with two single beds and the other with 1 single bed but the most important feature of the bedrooms is the private balconies with view from the private pool and the scenery of the mountains.
The outdoor area of the villa has an exceptional design with a blooming garden, green grass, and a 30 sqm swimming pool area. The pool was designed for adults and children as well! There is a barbecue around the pool area for those who love to cook and have lunch. Outdoors: The gardens are equipped with outdoor furniture in order to give you the opportunity to relax and spend your time in the sun! Also the villa has a fenced parking area for more than two cars.
