Traditional Stone Villa with Private Pool and AC, near to beautiful Beaches!

Welcome to Villa Kastellion located in Mouri village of Chania, in the West of Crete. The villa is located on a 4000 sqm private property, of which 800 sqm are completely fenced, surrounded by olive trees and a lush vegetable patch so you can harvest your own vegetables.

The villa consists of 2 houses, a renovated 1 bedroom house of 18th Century and a new built 3 bedroom house. The old house keeps its traditional characteristics; the open living room with the sitting area and the kitchen are characterized by a huge stone arch. One cozy double bedroom and a bathroom completes the small house.

The new building is just as cozy. The entrance door opens to a big area where a kitchen and the sitting area for dining are found. At this floor there is also one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a bathroom. A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor and an a sleeping area with two single beds. Next to this area there is one more bathroom. A door opens to the spacious terrace.

The villa has a private pool with sun loungers and umbrellas around it. There are also a barbecue and outdoor dining and sitting sets to eat and relax enjoying the tranquility and the wild beauty of the surrounding mountains.
