Villa Jaelyn is a modern luxury holiday villa with a private pool that enjoys a privileged panoramic location with views to the mountains and sea. When you arrive you will find private parking outside for 2 cars and as you enter the villa you will be transported into a place full of light and serenity. On this level, there is an open plan dining area with seating for 8 people and a comfortable living area, modern and tastefully decorated with an open-hearth fireplace and large sliding doors that lead you onto a glass-fronted balcony overlooking the terrace/pool with uninterrupted views to the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped and continues with the sleek and stylish theme with built-in appliances, there is also another smaller dining set and double doors to the balcony, perfect for morning coffee/breakfast whilst enjoying the beautiful surroundings. There is also a guest w/c on this level and a staircase leading to the four bedrooms below, each with access to the terrace/pool. They are spacious, well designed and light, 2 doubles (one with en-suite bathroom), and an additional bed can be added to one of the doubles to accommodate 9 guests in total. The two further bedrooms have 2 single beds each and there is a second family bathroom on this level. For your comfort, the common areas and all bedrooms have air conditioning with cool and heat settings. Outside there is an inviting private swimming pool equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas and multiple terraces with both dining and chill out furniture, a brick-built barbecue, wood-burning oven, food preparation area as well as a playground for the children. The area of Lygaria is very popular with visitors who are looking for a peaceful location and great scenery. Nearby there are lovely beaches in the resorts of Lygaria and Agia Pelagia and here you will also find many traditional taverns to choose from. Agia Pelagia is a small coastal town with a great beach, suitable for relaxing holidays in Crete, here you will also find small supermarkets selling local produce and fresh bread, ATM services, a pharmacy, tourist information and taxi services. It is 20 kilometres west of Heraklion and as the national road drifts high above the coastline, you'll begin to see the first impressive pictures of Agia Pelagia – the type of pictures that postcards are made of, an awe-inspiring example of the beauty of Cretan Nature. The large deep cove is surrounded by the smaller Lygaria Cove on the east and Mononaftis Bay on the west.
