Ideally located just 500 m from the picturesque village of Alikianos where you will find many amenities and also within easy reach to the fantastic sandy beach at Stalos. The main house is air conditioned with stylish interiors, WiFi, satellite TV, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a spacious living area and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a also a brand new independent studio with air conditioning and its own entrance, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, sofa bed, satellite TV, kitchenette with dining set and a pool table which would suit a small family/couple looking for extra privacy, yet being close to the rest of the group. The house and the studio are only ever rented together ensuring the exclusive use of the extensive gardens, pool and terraces with beautiful views of the olive, fruit trees and the mountains beyond. For the lovers of al fresco dining there is a covered area with dining furniture, a brick-built barbecue and even a wood burning pizza oven and for the lovers of relaxation there are comfortable sun loungers positioned around the inviting swimming pool. Lower Floor - There are 2 further bedrooms with twin beds (both are air conditioned with direct access to the garden) and a family shower room with washing machine.
Independent Studio - Brand new and self-contained, air conditioned with a private entrance, stylishly furnished with modern design pieces including a double bed, shower room, a sofa bed, a kitchenette with dining table, satellite TV and a pool table.
