The interior is set over 2 floors and is fully air conditioned, on the ground floor there is a spacious lounge with adjoining kitchen and dining room with wide windows that overlook the pool / gardens, providing plenty of light and views. There are comfortable sofas, (sofa beds for 2 extra guests), satellite TV, WiFi internet, a dining table for 6, together with a truly stunning fully equipped kitchen that has been purposely designed for the villa, plus a guest toilet. Stairs lead up to the first floor with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the huge master bedroom has its own bathroom with shower as well as a kitchenette perfect for preparing a breakfast or light meal to be enjoyed on the terrace. Two further bedrooms, a double and a twin share a stylish family bathroom with bathtub and also have big patio doors opening straight to a large partially covered, furnished terrace with amazing views of the Mediterranean sea.

Villa Efthea is ideally placed in the exclusive area of Tersanas, a small seaside village with a lovely natural bay, sheltered sandy beach, a few tavernas and a small supermarket. The lovely beaches of Kalathas and Stavros are within easy reach, Stavros has an excellent sheltered sandy beach and is perfect for children. The famous cave of Leras is where Zorbas visited his friend Kazantzakis in the film lsquo;Zorbas the Greek’, and the stone house at the side of the beach was the home of Madame Ortance.
Tersanas is only 12kms from Chania, the region′s capital city, and with its cosmopolitan atmosphere and beautiful Venetian harbour with characteristic pretty narrow streets, plentiful tavernas, cafes and shops, a visit to Chania should be near the top of any list of things to see and do whilst in the area.
With picturesque sandy beaches, centuries old monasteries and churches, impressive caves with rich litho logical and archaeological interest, and historical monuments, the Akrotiri peninsula attracts many visitors every year, all of who enjoy Cretan hospitality and nature at their best.
