Villa Nelida is located on the outskirts of the lovely village of Atsipopoulo and just 5 km for the historic town of Rethymnon. A traditional stone property with rustic charm and views to the countryside and sea beyond, it can accommodate up to 7 people in 3 bedrooms and an additional sofa bed in the living area, there is air conditioning, SAT TV and WiFi. On the ground floor you will find 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus an open plan living space with a fully equipped kitchen, dining, seating area with a feature fireplace, exposed stone, archways and a wooden staircase leading to the 3rd bedroom on the mezzanine level. The outside space includes reserved parking, a private pool, terrace, barbecue and garden furniture to relax and enjoy the great views from a charming villa.
