Villa Neo is one of two identical, brand new and contemporary luxury villas that are situated in a breathtaking position with astonishing sea views. Finished in 2019 they are built in a private and secluded location on the slope of the Pantokrator Mountain (just before the traditional village of Spartilas) yet still close to beaches, tavernas, restaurants and night-life and both have stunning views of the sea from every room in the house. Each villa sleeps 8 guests with an option to be rented at the same time and no expense has been spared in the design and build with fixtures and fittings of the very highest of standards. The main floor is open plan and consists of a luxury fully fitted modern kitchen (electric oven, ceramic hob, overhead extractor fan, dishwasher, fridge/freezer), dining and living room (comfortable sofas, wall mounted flat screen TV with international TV system, dining table seating 8), the large glass sliding doors open out to the pool area and provide stunning panoramic sea views. The four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are on the ground floor with views of the sea and access to verandas and the lawn area. Outside the private pool is surrounded by patio areas with spectacular sea views, comfortable sun loungers, wicker lounge furniture, dining table for alfresco dining and built-in barbecue. The properties are ideal for either couples or a family looking for a luxury villa holiday or for a group of up to 16 guests who wish to have their own privacy and independence and whether rented separately or together they are a dream holiday rental choice in a breathtaking location.

In addition to the 4 en-suite shower rooms, there is also a bathroom (shower, w/c) next to the entrance on the main floor.

The location is secluded and private yet still close to beaches, tavernas, restaurants and night-life. Corfu town with its historical centre is only a short 20 minute drive away and there is easy access to a beach and a good choice of restaurants (5 mins drive) in the resort of Ipsos. It is also close to the famous beach of Barbati and all the small beaches along the north east coast.
