There is also a bedroom with en-suite bathroom plus a large family bathroom and 2 further bedrooms (one en-suite) are on the upper floor both with balconies and wonderful views. The gardens are absolutely stunning and are immaculately maintained with a fabulous built-in undercover barbecue, outside dining area and a new swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols. Villa Kristy is perfect for a family holiday and for anyone seeking peace and quiet whilst being close to traditional Greek village life and stunning beaches.

Ground Floor: Split level with a large entrance area, a comfortable sitting room with corner sofa, fireplace and wall mounted satellite TV. Open plan to the living area is a modern fitted kitchen with built in electric oven, halogen hob, overhead extractor fan, dishwasher and tall fridge/freezer, electric kettle, toaster and coffee machine. Breakfast table seating 6 and a second dining area on a higher level also seating 6. Bedroom with en-suite bathroom plus a very large family bathroom enormous with corner bath and washing machine.
First Floor: Accessed via individual spiral staircases, 2 bedrooms with balconies one with an en-suite bathroom.

Brand new swimming pool (size 3.85 x 7.30 and 1.5 deep) surrounded by extensive lawns, beautiful well tendered gardens with sun loungers and parasols, detached built-in BBQ and dining area. The long driveway has plenty of parking for vehicles, it is gated and the garden is all fenced and secure.
Suitability
Due to the number of steps this property is not recommended for guests with walking difficulties.
A car is essential when booking this villa.
