The villa can accommodate up to 9 persons: 7 persons in beds and 2 additional persons on the sofabed.

Both the main house and the entrance level feature a bathroom so there are 3 bathrooms in total, each with a hairdryer.

Following the natural slope, Villa Elia is developed in two levels.

Entrance level includes:

A large living room with cozy indoor dining area • A modern and fully equipped kitchen • A Bathroom • A large dining terrace with pergola • An outside lounge area with pergola and breath-taking sea view •

Lower level includes:

A Master bedroom with a King size bed and en- suite bathroom • Two double bedrooms (the first one with two single beds in it and the second one with one double bed in it ) • A single bedroom without windows, preferably to be used as staff room • A bathroom • A kitchenette • A shaded playground for children up to 8 years old •

In the lower level of the house are located utility rooms for the villa’s facilities.

Villa Elia can accommodate up to 9 guests are allowed, maximum 8 adults.

Not Included:

• Security Deposit: 1500 € - cash/credit card collected on arrival and refundable after damage inspection.

• Greek Climate Tax: 15 € /per night - collected in cash on arrival.
