Villa Sanja is a traditional stone villa located on the hill in a beautiful setting with views to the sea and just 900 meters from the beach and Trget bay. Its traditional style with reclaimed stone and oak beams used for the construction give it a very special atmosphere, a mixture of tradition, comfort and luxury. The villa is distributed over 2 floors and sleeps 6 people, there are 3 double bedrooms with air conditioning, (one with en-suite) and a large family bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath on the first floor. On the ground floor there is another bathroom with a shower, a utility area, a living room with a wood-burning fireplace and a large fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Overlooking the private swimming pool which is surrounded by a pretty decked area is a covered pergola with dining furniture to enjoy meals al fresco whilst enjoying the sea views and relaxing atmosphere.

Located on a hill in a beautiful setting with views to the sea and just 900 meters to the beach and Trget bay. Trget is a small fisherman's village placed in the bay of Rasa on the eastern coast of Istria and although it is a small village it has numerous historical remains, the ruins of the church of St. George which was built in the Romanesque style plus remains from ancient times. This is a peaceful and tranquil resort with a couple of local restaurants and is ideal for relaxing holidays.
The medieval town of Labin and one of Istria's largest beach resorts at Rabac are both easily reached where you will find a wider choice of amenities, including shops, restaurants, water sports and boat trips.
