Air conditioned bedrooms offer cool respite on warm summer nights, while upstairs, bedrooms enjoy bright, sunlit views throughout the day from well-placed balconies.

Yet the true highlight of this exceptional property lies outdoors:  A generous pergola stands poolside, offering a shaded haven for chilling out and al fresco dining. The outdoor bar, complete with beer tap (your first keg is on us), adds a touch of fun and indulgence, while the fully equipped exterior kitchen makes preparing lunch effortless. For culinary enthusiasts, a portable barbecue stands ready for more serious cooking sessions and completing this impressive outdoor setting are: a full shower room, a sauna and real run-around room for younger guests. Despite its peaceful setting, the vibrant heart of Alcudia is just a 20 minute stroll away. Within the ancient Roman ramparts, you’ll discover a maze of cobbled streets, leafy plazas, tapas bars, boutique shops, artisan craft stalls and beautifully preserved stone architecture - an irresistible mix of history and Mediterranean life in the heart of the town’s surprisingly sophisticated bar and restaurant scene.

Head 20 minutes (1.2km) in the opposite direction and you’ll reach the natural, sandy shoreline of Platja de Sant Pere. This beach sits relatively low under the tourist radar, reveals sweeping views across the turquoise waters of the Bay of Pollença and is an ideal spot for morning swims or sunset wanders. A couple of restaurants enhance the area, along with the small Marina de Bonaire for photo moments.

The choice of coves and beaches, a little further afield but well worth a visit, is vast, including the renowned Playa de Muro and the picturesque ports of Pollença and Alcudia all just a few minutes by car.
