Villa Agathi with a private pool is a spacious 6-bedroom holiday home situated just behind the coastal resort of Pigianos Kampos or "Pigi" in northern Crete. This tastefully styled property is designed over three floors with large open and covered terraces on each level to accommodate up to 11 guests. On the upper level, there are three bedrooms, a master with en-suite shower room, along with a twin and a single that share a full bathroom. All have French doors leading to a terrace with lovely sea views. A further double bedroom with sea facing terrace is situated on the middle level along with a cloakroom and an open plan living space, incorporating a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, dining table and a comfortable lounge with French doors to a large covered terrace, perfect for al fresco dining and admiring the sea views. On the ground floor, there are two further double bedrooms that share a full bathroom, a kitchenette (fridge/freezer, washing machine) and a games room (billiard/pool table, Smart TV). Free W-Fi is provided and air-conditioning is included (all bedrooms and living area). Villa Agathi is ideally situated just behind the resort of Pigi with local amenities such as tavernas, a mini-market, and a sandy beach just a short drive away or a leisurely 20-25 minute stroll. The small seaside resort of Pigianos Kampos locally known as "Pigi" is located in the northern part of Crete, 8 kilometres from the charming town of Rethymno. The long sandy beach with crystalline waters is quieter than neighbouring beaches in the region, but you will find sunbeds, umbrellas, a beach bar, and several tasty tavernas and smaller restaurants in close proximity. Its peaceful, laid-back vibe makes it popular for families and couples seeking a relaxing retreat. The historic town of Rethymno is a 15 minute drive, promising a journey through time and culture. The North Cretan highway connecting Rethymno and Heraklion passes through the resort, so it's easy to take a trip and explore either by car or by bus. A regular service runs from Pigianos Kampos to Rethymno and the neighbouring resorts of Adelianos Kampos, Skaleta, Stavromenos.
