Located just 250 m from Llenaire beach and 500 m from the attractive town of Port de Pollensa, one of the most popular family resorts in the whole of Mallorca and offers great activities, beaches, bars and restaurants. Originally a fishing village this North Majorcan town still features a large marina which usually harbours leisure boats but you can still see some traditional ‘llaüts’ used by the Mallorcans for catching fish. The horseshoe-shaped bay is well protected from strong winds and so the calm, warm water of the Mediterranean sea are ideal for holidays by the beach. The 1 km "Pine Walk" promenade along Passeig Voramar with whitewashed villas and pine trees leaning into the sea is perfect for an early evening walk.
Cala San Vicent is a beautiful secluded resort village with a great beach and three small hidden bays enclosed by the imposing backdrop of the Tramuntana Mountains. These three bays provide fine sand and pebble beaches and the crystal clear waters provide a great place for snorkelling and canoeing.

Villa was exactly as described and clean and tidy at arrival. We received a call from the girls at Villa Select just before our arrival which was a lovely thought. The villa was ideal for our party of 10 and we enjoyed our stay. We had a few issues with maintenance during our stay but the girls at Villa Select were fantastic and got all matters sorted and dealt with quickly and with the minimum of fuss.

The accommodation met our expectations – the rooms were spacious, bright, and very pleasant. Initially, the floors were unfortunately dirty, but this issue was resolved quickly. A particularly nice surprise was the mid-week cleaning service, which helped keep the place tidy. The only small downside was that the cleaner accidentally threw away some of our cosmetic products. Overall, a very good and comfortable place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it to others.

My daughter and a group of her friends had a wonderful week at Villa Ginerva to celebrate finishing University. The facilities were superb, the location perfect for walking into town and many happy evenings were spent in the outside eating area at the villa.
