Finca Morell is a recently renovated attractive holiday home with a large private swimming pool and pretty gardens that sleeps 8 guests in welcoming interiors, finished in soft colours and full of natural light. It has lovely views over the surrounding countryside and an excellent location 10 minutes from the Golf course, close to Pollensa old town, Alcudia and the beautiful sandy beaches of Port de Pollensa, Platja d'Alcudia and Platja de Muro which are just a short drive away (10/15 minutes). The accommodation is distributed over one floor and consists of a lounge with a feature fireplace and a dining area, furnished with comfortable sofas and a dining table for 8. The separate kitchen is brand-new and fully equipped with top-of-the-range appliances. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 with double beds, air-conditioning and en-suite bathrooms and 2 have twin beds (one of which is air-conditioned) that share a spacious family shower room. Outside is a delightfully pretty garden and a large private pool equipped with sun loungers which attracts the sun all day whilst the spacious terraces and mature trees provide shade when required. For the lovers of al-fresco dining, there is a poolside dining area and barbecue, together with a pleasant sitting area perfect for enjoying a glass of wine when the sun goes down. Finca Morell is a perfect holiday retreat for families or friends that love outdoor living and relaxing whilst still being close to amenities, great beaches and ancient towns!

Pollensa - There are several places of historical interest including "The Roman Bridge", signposted ‘Pont Roma’, and "Puig de Maria", a small mountain topped by a monastery.
Port de Pollensa/Platja d'Alcudia/Platja de Muro - There is a range of water sports available including pedalos, kayaking, banana boats, parasailing and scuba diving. Boat trips are available sailing around the pretty bay or visiting the beautiful beach at Formentor.
Cala San Vincente - The crystal clear waters provide a great place for snorkelling and canoeing.
Pollensa Golf Course - An attractive 9-hole course with spectacular views of the mountains and the north coast, its beautiful setting and design make it an enjoyable course.
Puerto Alcudi - Water park.

Security/Damage Deposits
Groups of guests under the age of 25 years may be asked to pay a security/damage deposit on arrival, refunded 14 days from departure after satisfactory inventory and damages inspection: 150 €/person.

Finca Morell has an excellent location 10 minutes drive from Pollensa Golf course, set in the countryside with lovely views yet perfectly placed just a 10/15 minute drive to Pollensa old town, Alcudia and the beautiful sandy beaches of Port de Pollensa, Platja d'Alcudia and Platja de Muro. Pollensa is an ancient town with attractive narrow streets and an impressive main square, a place abundant with art galleries, first-class restaurants, tapas bars and cafes plus several historical places of interest. The town of Alcudia is a real treasure on the island, hiding behind medieval walls and the ancient Roman ruins, just a few kilometres from Alcudia on the coast, lies its fraternal city, Puerto de Alcudia. The long sandy beaches with shallow clear waters at Port de Pollensa, Platja d'Alcudia and Platja de Muro are great for families with plenty of activities and water sports on offer, they are lined with a splendid array of cafes, restaurants and beach bars to suit all tastes. Cala San Vincente is a beautiful secluded resort village with a splendid beach and three small hidden bays enclosed by the imposing backdrop of the Tramuntana Mountains.

We had a nice and pleasant stay at Finca Morell. The house is big and clean and the kitchen is very well utilized. You need a (rental) car to get to interesting places. It's nice and quiet in the environment of the house. Good for a peacefull and stressless vacation.
