Finca Amparo is an attractive and welcoming holiday villa with extensive gardens and a private swimming pool, situated in a peaceful area yet ideally placed between the two resorts of Pollensa and Port de Pollensa. Constructed in local stone and finished to a high standard the villa accommodates 6 guests in stylish and tastefully furnished interiors that are set over one floor. The kitchen is modern and very well equipped, large patio doors lead out to the covered side terrace and front porch. The comfortable lounge and dining area are separated by a stone archway and both areas have doors to the garden. A hallway leads to the 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, a master double bedroom complete with a stylish wrought iron bed, en-suite shower room and direct access to the pool, a pretty twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a further twin bedroom and a separate family shower room. Outside, the private swimming pool is equipped with sun loungers/umbrellas and is well known for its unique shape and wide Roman steps allowing easy access (please note that there is a drop between the shallow and deep end of the pool). In addition to the beautifully planted enclosed gardens, there are open and covered terraces with a billiard table, table tennis, dining furniture and brick-built barbecue, perfect for alfresco dining and chilling out when the sun goes down. Finca Amparo is perfect for friends or families to enjoy outdoor living under the Mallorcan sun whilst providing good access to great beaches and ancient towns, a truly special property in a special location!

Port de Pollensa - There is a range of water sports available including pedalos, kayaking, banana boats, parasailing and scuba diving. Boat trips are available sailing around the pretty bay or visiting the beautiful beach at Formentor.
Cala San Vincente - The crystal clear waters provide a great place for snorkelling and canoeing.
Pollensa Golf Course - An attractive 9-hole course with spectacular views of the mountains and the north coast, its beautiful setting and design make it an enjoyable course.
Puerto Alcudi - Water park.

Electric Cars
Please check in advance if you are bringing an electric car as not all properties have the electrical installation prepared to support this service. If available there is an extra charge, payable in advance on arrival: 100 € per week per car.

Security/Damage Deposits
Groups of guests under the age of 25 years may be asked to pay a security/damage deposit on arrival, refunded 14 days from departure after satisfactory inventory and damages inspection: 150 €/person.

Finca Amparo is situated in a peaceful area, nestled in the countryside yet ideally located between the two resorts of Pollensa and Port de Pollensa which can easily be reached within a 10 minutes drive. Pollensa is an ancient town with attractive narrow streets and an impressive main square, lined with cafés, restaurants and bars. The town has several places of interest to visit including the Roman bridge, signposted ‘Pont Roma’, which is still in use and the Puig de Pollensa – a small mountain topped by a monastery. Port de Pollensa once a simple fishing port, the town is now very attractive with a splendid array of cafes and restaurants and long swathes of sandy beaches lined by pine and palm trees with an excellent choice of water sports on offer. Cala San Vincente is a beautiful secluded resort village with a splendid beach and three small hidden bays enclosed by the imposing backdrop of the Tramuntana Mountains. These three bays provide fine sand and pebble beaches and the crystal clear waters provide a great place for snorkelling and canoeing.
