Your accommodation booking through Best Holiday Homes Limited is secure as we provide Supplier Failure Insurance (SFI), free of charge, to cover all members of your travelling party.
In the unlikely event that Best Holiday Homes Limited as the supplier of your accommodation or one of our accommodation suppliers were to cease trading then Supplier Failure Insurance, up to a maximum of £1000 per person booked, would be available for the cost of replacement arrangements (subject to our Company terms and conditions).
What we are covered for?
In the unlikely event that we cease trading SFI ( Supplier Failure Insurance ) will refund the amount you have paid us for the cost of your accommodation, up to a maximum of £1000 per person booked.
In the event that our supplier ceases trading (property owner or manager) we will give you the choice to either book alternative accommodation and transfer all monies paid to the new booking or offer you a full refund up to a maximum of £1000 per person booked.
I have travel insurance – why do I need this?
Most standard travel insurances do not provide cover for company or supplier failure and therefore we provide this cover for you free of charge so that you can feel completely safe when you book your accommodation with us. We do of course always recommend and advise you to also buy separate travel insurance that covers other areas such as loss of baggage and medical cover.
How do I claim if your accommodation supplier fails?
We will contact you immediately and will offer you the choice to either book alternative accommodation with another supplier or offer you a full refund of up to £1000 per person booked. We will also liaise with the insurer ( Supplier Failure Insurance ) on your behalf and arrange your refund should this be your choice.

In the unlikely event that your accommodation is not available on arrival or is located at a completely different resort/ location other than what is described on our website, we will reimburse you in full provided the following conditions are met :
1. You inform us immediately upon arrival
2. You do not accept any money offered by the property manager / owner
3. You do not accept any alternative accommodation offered by the property manager / owner
4. You have not already accepted a refund from the owner or the property manager and you have not reached an agreement of any kind with them
We of course undertake to find alternative accommodation for you should this unlikely situation arise but you will not be obliged to accept and should you accept then no full refund will be due.
Note: When agreeing to the Terms & Conditions of this site, you acknowledge that you are not entering into a contract with Best Holiday Homes Limited. when you make a booking using the software that we provide.
Instead you are booking directly with the owner or property manager. The details of the above said contact will be detailed in your booking contract that you agree to when you make an online payment for your booking.
