Can Vicenz is a charming stone clad country house which consists of a lounge/dining area with open plan kitchen, 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, all located on the entrance level. A stairs leads to the pool level with covered terrace, brick built barbecue and green garden with beautiful private pool. The garden is also accessible by a sloping exterior lane. Surrounded by a green hilly landscape, with no other houses in the immediate neighborhood, you can enjoy total privacy and fantastic views over the south eastern coast of Mallorca. The barbecue area under a covered terrace is the ideal spot to enjoy grilled meals together in the open air.

Visit the weekly markets in Santanyi (Wednesday, Saturday) or Felanitx about 10 minutes by car - here you can enjoy the atmosphere and buy local products.

We had a wonderful holiday in this property. The owner is very friendly and helpful. It is a well equipped house with amazing sea views. Extremely quiet location and we loved being away from other properties. Beds all very comfortable and we appreciated the towel and linen changes. Swimming pool was gorgeous as were the sun beds and outdoor kitchen. We hope to return!
