Exclusive villa with a perfect location, private pool (5 x 10m), beautiful green garden with brick built barbecue, multiple terraces and sea views. With 3 bedrooms, each with double bed, private terrace, air-conditioning and en-suite bathroom, the villa offers accommodation for 6 +1 persons. The spacious suite on the ground floor has a king size bed, HD flat screen TV and a comfortable sleeping sofa bed for 1 adult or 1 child, also a private terrace with table and chairs to enjoy breakfast in privacy. The bedroom has a direct access to the garden with swimming pool, the suite even disposes of its own kitchenette with refrigerator to prepare small meals. On the first floor are 2 more bedrooms with double bed, the "Master" bedroom has a HD Flatscreen TV and en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower and the 2nd bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower. The living room is very spacious and luxuriously decorated with stylish lounge furniture, a fireplace and a flat-screen TV (LG 48 Inch OLED Smart 4K UHD HDR Freeview TV). Sliding glass doors lead from the living room to a spacious terrace for outdoor meals and there´s a direct access to the garden and pool. There is also a separate dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, all cooking utensils etc, .. washer and dryer are located in a separate utility room.

Cala d´Or Tennis Club is reachable in only 10 min walking and Golf lovers will reach the famous Vall d´Or Golf Course (18 holes) after an easy 15 min drive.

Villa Vita has a beautiful location in the residential area of Cala Egos. There are 2 lovely sandy beaches in the immediate surroundings; Cala Egos at only 5 min walking and Calo d´Es Pou at 10 min walking. The lively centre of Cala Egos has many bars and restaurants, you´ll also find a bank here and a large supermarket for groceries. The Marina of Cala d´Or is home to some of the most prestigious yachts and is also within easy walking distance, it is lined with great restaurants and is a relaxing place to spend the evening. Cala d´Or is right behind the Marina and is the main resort with chic boutiques, bars and restaurants with national and international cuisine. Santanyi is definitely worth a visit, a pretty, rural and authentically Mallorcan town with a serene atmosphere, great places to eat and a fantastic twice weekly market (Weds/Sat mornings), there is a bus service from Cala Egos.

Lovely spacious clean villa and good sized pool and outdoor space. It was very hot in August when we visited so air con in the bedrooms was godsend. Nearest beach at Cala Egos was very crowded as it’s quite small so we spent most of our time at the villa. If you want to eat out can recommend restaurants down to the marina … the food was so much better and only a bit more than those in Cala D’Or centre. If carting small children around in pushchairs wouldn’t recommend this area in height of summer as it’s quite hilly!

Lovely villa in a great location, near to bars, shops and beaches. Helpful and accommodating property manager. The only issues is the bbq area which we did not use as much as hoped, very dark as under large trees with no lighting, need to move bbq nearer the pool and villa. Would visit again though.

Nice quiet location away from the larger tourist apartment complexes which have live entertainment every evening so can be a bit noisy. About 25 mins walk to Marina and Cala D’or. Villa is clean and spacious, nice gardens and a lovely pool. Beds comfortable. A few dated items particularly in the bathroom (new shower doors would help). Cala egos bars and restaurants about 5-10 mins walk

Lovely villa in a quiet location near the sea, worked perfectly for our family of 5 including a 2-year old. The villa is more spacious than pictures show, Cala Egos with shops and restaurants is a few minutes walk away. We had a car and popped over to Cala d’Or for more evening activities (less than 10 min drive). Lovely cleaning ladies came halfway through our week long holiday to change towels etc. Overall a really great stay and better than expected - thank you!
