Distributed over two levels there are 4 bedrooms, all with air conditioning, 2 bathrooms, a guest bathroom, a fully equipped gas kitchen (fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer, kitchen utensils, dishes/cutlery) and a living and dining room (satellite TV, WiFi, fireplace with wood burner). Outside in the pretty enclosed garden is a private swimming pool, sun and covered terraces plus an outdoor food preparation area with built-in barbecue for enjoying meals al fresco with family/friends.

Situated in a well connected neighbourhood in a beautiful rural area with views to the mountains but still close to amenities and beaches. The ancient town of Pollensa is just 2 km, with attractive narrow streets and an impressive main square, lined with cafés, restaurants and bars. The town has several places of interest to visit including the Roman bridge, signposted ‘Pont Roma’, which is still in use and the Puig de Pollensa – a small mountain topped by a monastery. Just 5 km is Port de Pollensa once a simple fishing port, the town is now very attractive and there is rarely a high-rise block in sight; just long swathes of sandy beaches lined by pine and palm trees with an excellent choice of water sports on offer and a splendid array of cafes and restaurants.
Cala San Vincent is a beautiful secluded resort village with a splendid beach and three small hidden bays enclosed by the imposing backdrop of the Tramuntana Mountains. These three bays provide fine sand and pebble beaches and the crystal clear waters provide a great place for snorkelling and canoeing.
