Casa Alvaro is a charming 3-bedroom villa with a private pool that offers a very convenient location just 25 minutes walk to the old town of Pollenca and less than 10 minutes drive to the beach resort of Port de Pollenca. This villa is set over one floor with a great combination of traditional and modern fittings including air-conditioning in the lounge, kitchen and double bedroom. From a large shaded porch, you enter into a hallway that gives access to a large lounge with a wood burner, dining area and French doors out to the garden and pool areas, the kitchen is separate, fully fitted and equipped. There are 3 bedrooms (1 x double/2 x twin) and a family bathroom in the main house plus a further shower room in a utility area with a washing machine. Outside, the covered terrace is well furnished for al fresco dining and a brick built-in barbecue is available for grilled meals. A large garden laid to lawn surrounds the inviting swimming pool with sun loungers and table tennis is provided for extra entertainment. Casa Alvaro is situated in a pretty country setting offering a peaceful environment that's perfect for families with children whilst still being close to all the amenities in Pollenca and to the nearby sandy beaches with activities.

Port de Pollenca - There is a range of water sports available including pedalos, kayaking, banana boats, parasailing and scuba diving. Boat trips are available sailing around the pretty bay or visiting the beautiful beach at Formentor.
Cala San Vicente - The crystal clear waters provide a great place for snorkelling and canoeing.
Pollenca Golf Course - An attractive 9-hole course with spectacular views of the mountains and the north coast, its beautiful setting and design make it an enjoyable course.
Puerto Alcudi - Water park.
