Have stayed at this villa three times with our family it is perfect for families! Difficult time to travel but we felt very safe in calador we were made to feel very welcome feel sorry they have been involved in the Spanish lockdown

Spotless villa in prefect location. Pool area is gorgeous, there were 10 of us and more than 10 sun beds. Grounds are beautiful. Great bbq area and table tennis area. Near to everything including beach and restaurants etc. Absolutely perfect and everything you could hope for in a villa experience. My friend booked this for 10 of us and every single one of us wants to go back.

Just back from a very enjoyable holiday staying at Casa L’Estiu. Villa was very spacious indoors and out. The gardens and pool area were lovely. The pool was cleaned twice in the week and the gardens done once. Inside the villa was much larger than we had expected and the lounge, kitchen and upstairs bedroom/bathroom all looked very new and lovely. We felt that the place hadn’t really had a proper clean between rentals, more just a wipe down of visible surfaces etc kitchen work tops and toilet. There were lots of visible hairs on the floors and showers when we arrived and the floors clearly hadn’t been mopped. We did have a problem with the family bathroom downstairs regarding the toilet flush and a terrible smell coming from the drains. We tried to contact the representative regarding this, (who annoyingly was late when we arrived, causing us some confusion and then late again when we were leaving), however despite calling, texting and trying her whatsapp she did not get back to us. Eventually we phoned Best Holiday Homes who were super-efficient and contacted the owners. They were aware of the toilet flush issue and told us how to get around it. They said there was nothing they could do about the smell as this was a regular issue abroad. Something which I do agree with, but this was particularly bad and got worse as the week went on. We bought drain cleaner which helped initially but not for long. However, that being said I have no doubt that the owners will look into it as you can tell that the villa is well cared for and looked after. I would say that some of the bathrooms downstairs were a little tired looking and the grout etc could do with getting freshened up, but I have read on previous reviews that this is all work in progress. We were pleasantly surprised at all the extras that were provided, such as dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, etc. Loads of towels including pool towels, DVDs, books, toys and inflatable toys for the pool. Location was fantastic. I would however suggest issuing more than one set of keys. First couple home had to hide the keys in the garden for the next ones returning, etc. Would I use this villa again? Yes, as I am hopeful any issues mentioned will be addressed.

We are a family of 10 aged from 9 months to 63 years , and this villa was perfect for us... bedrooms well spaced out so you all get your own space , brilliant pool area with plenty of beds and seating areas ... kitchen and utility area had everything you need... couple of the beds could do with updating and the garden gate was broken so had to tie it up with a belt , with young children about ., but apart from those small things we loved it and would definitely recommend it, and hope to stay there again one day ... position was perfect for the beach , shops , cafes and restaurants..all within walking distances, also the marina is heavenly..we were all sad to leave .

We stayed at the Villa last week in May 2018. The Villa was absolutely fantastic. Brilliant location. Clean, practical and had all the amenities we needed. We had a wonderful holiday and will definitely book to stay there again. Highly recommend.

All good, clean and lots of fun.. de mattrass of de second kingsize bed wherent very good. And the room with that kingsitzebed was actually only two beds to push together.. but the rest worked all good and they were very frindly!!

we (5 adults) loved to live in this villa (3 sleeping rooms for 3 adult children, each with its own toilette/bath and a nice room for me and my wife in the first floor with a nice view onto the bay) - nice weather ;-). Everything was fine - a very clean pool, nearby the bay (max 2 min. to go), a few minutes to go to be in the "city" - except a few things which have to be pointed out ... 1. dishwasher: since it seemed to can not be heated (no hot water ???), the crockery could not be cleaned - everything had to be cleaned manually. This has to be eliminated !!! 2. for germans there is no german TV available (or we were too silly to do so ;-)) - but you really do not need it Nevertheless - the service from "bestholidayhomes" (BHH) including the pre-holiday contacts concerning questions about the villa and a company for car rental and the locally prompt supporting with antrycide (caused by a lot of ants) was very good ... hoping to book another villa next year with BHH kind regards Frank
