An asphalt drive leads up from the vilage of Agios Nikitas to Villa Odalis. It is a self-catered accommodation, with a fully equipped kitchen, traditionally decorated with beamed ceilings.
Villa Odalis has its own parking and a private swimming pool with patio and furniture. It offers uninterrupted sea views over Ionian Sea. Here you can sit under the shady umbrella, by the pool, relaxing and enjoying your fresh coffee whilst overlooking the view and listening to the birds of prey ‘mewing’ in the background above the hills.

On the ground floor there is an open plan living area,a diningand a kitchen area (with full cooking facilities). The living area has a fireplace, and French windows that open onto a large verandah with patio furniture. There is also one twin bedroom, ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi and French windows open onto a terrace.An open staircase leads up to the first floor where you can find one double bedroom , one bathroom with bath tub and a storage area for your suitcases.

The villa has its own parking space and a private swimming pool (8,2m x 4,2m x 1,35 depth) to it's side. There is also a large patio with patio furniture, a cloam oven and a BBQ.
Notes & Extras
Maximum occupancy: 4 Adults and 1 Child (2-11 years old).
Infants (0-2 years old) are not counted in the total occupancy.
Change of bed linen : once a week (in the changeover day)
Change of Towels: once a week (in the changeover day)
Final cleaning : once a week (in the changeover day)
A cot and high chair are available on request and free of charge
Extra cleaning and linen is upon request

Traumvilla in ruhiger, voll besonnter Lage. Gut eingerichtet, Pool sauber
Alles herrlich....wären da nicht die Marder im Dach, welche durch ihre Kratz-, Renn- und Nagegeräusche das Schlafen im 1. Stock unmöglich machten.😕
Leider wollte oder konnte uns der lokale Verwalter nicht weiter helfen. Wir schliefen also auf dem unbequemen Ausziesofa. Eine Reklamation nach der Rückkehr stiess auf Unverständnis.
Wir würden gerne zurückkehren, aber nur ohne Haustiere im Dach!
