Villa Katica is a lovely modern holiday home for 8 guests with a private pool, situated in the small village of Rovinjsko Selo just 10 minutes drive from one of the most popular and beautiful seaside towns in Croatia at Rovinj. The interior is spacious, bright and fully air conditioned over three floors, the 4 bedrooms all have en-suite bathrooms and are found on the first and second floors along with a games room (Satellite TV). On the ground floor is a guest bathroom/utility, an attractive open plan living/dining space and a connected contemporary fully equipped kitchen with centre island, patio doors lead you out to the fenced garden with swimming pool, covered terrace and barbecue. Villa Katica has an ideal location for everyone wanting to relax and enjoy peace and privacy but still be within easy reach of great beach resorts and historical towns.

All along the Umag coast there are many options for recreation and water sports, tennis, cycling, bike hire and for the more adventurous even a panoramic parachute flight drawn by a powerboat. In Rovinj there is large choice of water sports including scuba diving, sailing and snorkelling. A day trip to Venice by speed boat is also very popular from Rovinj.
