Villa Vesna is a newly built holiday home for 6/8 guests situated in the very peaceful village of Radetići and perfect for people who would like to escape to tranquillity and nature. The house is air conditioned and distributed over two floors, on the first floor are two double bedrooms each with an en-suite shower room and access to a balcony with views to the countryside. The third double bedroom is on the ground floor with access to the terrace and pool, there is also a shower room on this level along with a fully equipped kitchen and the dining/living room with wood burning fireplace and a sofa bed to accommodate guests 7/8. This room opens out to a covered terrace for meals al fresco and to a well-maintained garden with a stone built barbecue and a private swimming pool (heated on request at additional charge). The villa is just a short drive from the laid-back village of Sveti Lovrec for amenities and ideally located for exploring the larger resorts and the many places of interest on the west coast of Istria.

Located in the very peaceful village of Radetići on the west coast of Istria region. In recent years the village of Sveti Lovrec which is only a short drive away has become a sanctuary for people who seek perfect tranquillity and a relaxed life style with a few cafe's, bars, a small post office with ATM and a small grocery shop for fresh bread in the mornings, there are also lots of traditional heritage restaurants in the area. The location is perfect for exploring between two large resorts and famous Istrian places to visit such as Rovinj and Poreč.
A catamaran day trip to Venice via Porec is highly-recommended.
