Villa Caitlan sits in an elevated position with panoramic views across the Istrian countryside and to the sea in the distance, located in the peaceful and picturesque hill-top town of Momjan with some excellent restaurants and a famous winery. This luxurious modern villa has been completely refurbished in 2019 and sleeps 8 guests in bright and fully air conditioned interiors, on the first floor there are there are 3 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a guest toilet and an open plan living area (Digital TV, DVD, Hi-Fi, Nintendo Wii) with a fully equipped connected kitchen. This area has triple aspect windows and glass doors that lead out to the private swimming pool with decking, a Jacuzzi, a covered dining area, barbecue and garden. The 4th bedroom is on the ground floor with a "Finnish" sauna and shower, a toilet and a second living area (TV/SAT). The property would suit a family or a group of friends looking for a quiet retreat with stunning views whilst being an ideal base to further explore the beautiful Istrian countryside and coastline.

Sports & Activities

The winery at Kozlović is one of Istria's most impressive, set in a valley by the river with striking architecture in the tasting room and definitely worth a visit.

Biking, cycling, diving: dive centres throughout Istria provide diving courses (CMAS, PADI, NITROX, APNEA) that take you to exciting underwater sites.

All along the Umag coast there are many options for recreation and water sports. These include rental of motorboats, rowboats, paddle boats, beach canoes, sailboats, jet skis, kayaks, sailboards and powerboats, Tennis, cycling, bike hire and for the more adventurous even a panoramic parachute flight drawn by a powerboat.
