The house consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen. All rooms have air conditioning and Satellite TV (Languages: Spanish, English, German, French).

Exterior

The exterior of the house has a barbecue, a private swimming pool (10x5m, max depth 2,20m / min depth 1m) and garden area, all on a completely fenced plot of 5000 m2. In the reform, not only the natural environment was respected, but also the native vegetation of the island, pines, junipers, olive and fruit trees was enhanced to integrate its architecture in nature.

This accommodation does not accept groups of young people (under 21 years).

Arrival out of schedule:
from 19.30 to 22.00 = 60 € / booking to be paid upon arrival.
from 22.00 onwards = 100 € / booking to be paid upon arrival.
