Villa Adrienne is located in a small complex in Pernera, just 200 meters from the nearest beach and within easy walking distance of all the amenities. The villa accommodates 6 people, there are 2 double bedrooms with balconies and views to the sea plus a family bathroom on the first floor and another bathroom plus a double bedroom with twin beds and doors to the terrace on the ground floor. The bright and airy living space has a fully equipped kitchen, dining and lounge area with flat screen SAT TV, IPTV, DVD and WiFi. Outside is a private pool, brick built barbecue and furniture to relax and enjoy the sea views from the garden with Mediterranean trees and plants.

Pernera is a small yet pretty harbour town on the eastern coast of Cyprus, with a relaxed and easy-going atmosphere. Its’ main street winds its way down to the sea front, lined with many places to have a quiet drink or a meal. The beach is one of the nicest sandy beaches and has its own dive centre and the local water park in Pernera is ideal for families with water rides, eateries and relaxing areas ideal for soaking up the sun. Excursions by boat can also be arranged from the harbour and the surrounding area is rich in sandy coves and beaches.
The new floodlit boardwalk and coastal path means that Protaras is now less than a 20-minute ocean-side stroll away, day or night. Pernera also has easy access to the towns of Paralimni and Deryneia, and the resorts of Kapparis, and Ayia Napa.

The villa was situated in a very quiet cul-de-sac just a few minutes from the sea and bars and restaurants. The kitchen was very small and needed an update. In the downstairs double bedroom and upstairs twin bedroom there were no mirrors or dressing tables. The upstairs bathroom needed an update along with all the flooring upstairs, which was in very poor condition.
The pool area was a good size with sunbeds and a large umbrella. The pool liner was in very poor condition and we did not see any evidence of the pool being cleaned during our stay.
Overall the villa was in a perfect location but needed some updating.
