Villa Demetria is a modern 3 bedroom property with a private pool and is located in the heart of the peaceful village of Kapparis, just 350 metres to Fireman's Beach and a short walk to all amenities. The villa is fully air conditioned and accommodates 6 people in 3 spacious double bedrooms (1 double with en-suite and 2 twins with a shared a bathroom) all with doors leading out to a first floor balcony or terrace. On the ground floor there is a third bathroom and large open plan living space with a modern fully equipped kitchen, dining area seating 6 and a comfortable lounge with fireplace, large flat screen SAT TV, IPTV, DVD and WiFi. There are glass doors leading out to the terrace and private pool, furnished with sun loungers, umbrella, dining and chill out furniture set in a well-maintained garden area.

Kapparis is a peaceful and picturesque village with a friendly and welcoming community and a lovely beach. A sandy cove with sun beds and umbrellas and clear shallow waters and some really breathtaking views. The atmosphere is very relaxed and laid back, which makes it the ideal place for a chill out and get away from it all holiday.
Kapparis has its own supermarkets, restaurants and bars but is also within easy access to the towns of Paralimni and Dherynia, and the resorts of Protaras, Pernera and Ayia Napa.
