Villa Ileana is part of a set of 2 comfortable and independent villas, each with private swimming pool, located in the beautiful environment of a quiet hill-side and in a distance of 100 m from the traditional village Listaros in Southern Crete. It is the ideal place for relaxation, with amazing views to the sea, the mountains and the sunset.

The villa is set in its own private plot of 600 m² and has 120 m² of living space on three levels. It has three air conditioned bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with whirlpool bathtub 1.55 x 1.55 m and the other with a shower cabin), a fully equipped gym, a fully equipped kitchen, dinning room, living room with a fireplace and an antique piano. Here is also a large terrace with views creating a perfect place for al fresco dining and memorable evenings evenings spent with family and friends. The villa comfortably furnished and decorated with authentic pieces of furniture.
In the outside area there is the private swimming pool, the BBQ area, a huge garden and private parking.

Wer Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sucht, ist hier richtig !! Die Ferienhäuser sind abseits des Dorfes gebaut, auf einer Anhöhe und mit großzügigem Poolbereich. Das Haus selbst ist auf drei Ebenen bewohnbar, solide gebaut und klimatisiert; die Ausstattung ist liebevoll, man hat mehrere Möglichkeiten, Terrassen zu nutzen, von der obersten genießt man einen grandiosen Blick über die Ebene bis hin zum Meer. Der Poolbereich ist praktisch uneinsehbar und man ist hier sehr privat. Bei Problemen kann man die örtlich zuständige Managerin anrufen, sie kommt sofort und ist jederzeit hilfsbereit. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen !

Superb villa. Location and views are amazing. The villa and the pool are exactly as advertised ( but better). A car is vital. Would love to be back there now.
